06. 접동새
김소월 시인의 접동새 시상을 가지고 만든 작품으로, 2성부로 나뉜 해금과 2대의 아쟁(소아쟁, 대아쟁)으로 접동새의 시적 이미지를 형상화한 곡이다.
평안도 민요 특유의 음계를 변용하여 대위적으로 엮었고, 곡의 전후반에 다소 복잡한 리듬으로 시상을 좀 더 적극적으로 표현하고자 했다.

Drawing upon Kim So-weol’s poem by the same title, this piece poeticizes the bird with haegeum, dividing it into two parts, and two ajaeng, one large and one small.
A typical mode of the Pyeongan area has been varied and set in counterpoint; and the poetic image becomes enlivened with the rhythms becoming more complicated in the beginning and in the end.
